ASD

On a personal note...

I provide this portion of my site because my son, Max, has Autism. Though I may never know for sure, I do believe it is possible that his Autism was triggered by vaccine overload. Max turned 8 on April 21, 2011 and we continue to wait and pray for his speech to return. When Max was a baby receiving his vaccines I blindly did what his Pediatrician suggested never imagining that he would one day lose his speech and become disconnected from the world around him. My prayer is that other parents are made aware of this information and make decisions regarding their childrens' health with it in mind.

I HIGHLY recommend you read this book, don't just take my word for it - What Your Doctor May Not Tell You about Children's Vaccinations by Stephanie Cave
The following 2 PDF's are the vaccine schedule that Stepanie Cave recommends in her book:Dr. Cave recommends the MMR be given as 3 separate shots 1 year apart from the other. Your pediatrican will have to write a prescription for each vaccine for you to pick up. In Birmingham, Wellness Pharmacy can fill this prescription. *As of summer of 2009, the MMR is no longer available as 3 separate shots. My personal decision is to wait till my child is 3 to do the combo shot.
This advertisement was in USA Today on February 12, 2008. It should fire you up about Vaccines. It's was created by Generation Rescue - which is funded by Jenny McCarthy. If you suspect that your child has had an adverse reaction to a vaccine, report it to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) by clicking here. Age of Autism
